Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Calgary Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 The Calgary Cowboys certainly didn't impress many fans this with their play on the field. And there's no hope of turning this dismal season around to any great degree either - the team is now out of playoff contention. The Cowboys have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 16 years as a Pacific Coast League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 11th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2012. |
