This Week's Star Player is Osborne Monday, August 14th, 2023 25-year-old Patrick Osborne made a few Santa Monica headlines during this past week as the rookie right fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Pacific Coast League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 13 hits in 27 at-bats to put up a .481 average. Osborne collected 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and scored 5 runs. Presently Osborne is hitting .357 with 20 home runs and 82 RBIs. He has played in 97 games and scored 91 times. |
