Bad News for Lansing, Ramírez Injured Saturday, August 5th, 2023 "I'm frustrated right now," said Lansing reliever Miguel Ramírez. "I can't help this team by sitting on the bench or in the training room." Unfortunately for the Lugnuts, that's where he will be spending 4-5 months. Ramírez suffered a torn rotator cuff in today's game against Spokane while throwing a pitch. "Believe me," he said, "I won't be out a day longer than I have to be." To date this year, he has registered 1 save, 3 wins and no losses with a 3.34 ERA. Ramírez has made 26 relief appearances, worked a total of 32.1 innings and surrendered 25 hits. He has fanned 36, issued 24 free passes and held opposing clubs to a .216 batting average. |
