Toshinobu Tanaka Hurt, Out 4 Months Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 Disappointing news today for Allentown Hillbillies fans. Toshinobu Tanaka was hurt making a defensive play in their game against the Indiana Hounds and has a broken kneecap. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return but said it was likely the injury will keep the left fielder out at least 4 months. This year Tanaka is hitting .298 with 26 home runs and 109 RBIs in 142 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .360 with 46 walks and 92 runs scored. |
