Phillips Hits in 20 Straight Games Wednesday, September 6th, 2023 Gunslingers right fielder Robert Phillips has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 3-for-5 in today's game against the Tuscaloosa Trout Slayers. Zanesville won the ball game 11-4. Robert Phillips singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Jesús Ramos in the 8th. This year Phillips is hitting .382, produced 74 RBIs and 12 home runs, scored 58 times and gotten on base at a .442 rate. |
