Pikes, Bruins Confirm Deal Friday, December 29th, 2023 The Pikes and Bruins announced a deal that was completed today. Seattle sent 27-year-old RF Tony Abete to Los Angeles for 25-year-old minor league C Tae-kwon Kwon. Both teams appear happy with the outcome of the trade. The general managers told the Baseball News Network they felt the swap was beneficial for the both teams and the players. Abete has played in 120 games with a .207 career batting average and 84 hits. He also has scored 56 runs and driven in 52 runs with 17 home runs. |
