Springfield Gives the Old Heave-Ho to Manager Clark Friday, November 3rd, 2023 In a move that some fans say didn't come soon enough, and others think is overly harsh, manager Mark Clark was fired by the Springfield Stars. "This is one of the hardest parts of my job," the GM told a hushed crowd of reporters who assembled for a press conference. "It was a tough decision. But while we might argue over what blame to place where in our organization, one thing we can all agree on is we all have a stake in turning this team around. That's the goal of today's decision."
