Utes García Injured Monday, May 15th, 2023 After the end of today's game between Utah and Texas A&M, Rafael García skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Utes had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The reliever will miss at least 6 months with shoulder inflammation. This year García has made 8 relief appearances with no saves. In 12.1 innings, he has fanned 17 hitters and recorded no wins and 2 losses with a 4.38 ERA. |
