Reeves Selected NCAA Player of the Week Monday, May 8th, 2023 So far in his young career, George Reeves has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the NCAA in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Louisville Cardinals second baseman hit at a torrid .600 clip as he collected 15 hits in 25 at-bats, 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This season Reeves is batting .350 with 21 RBIs, 28 runs scored and 5 home runs. |
