Greg Nelson Wins NCAA Trophy Monday, April 10th, 2023 So far in his young career, Greg Nelson has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the NCAA in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 19-year-old Kansas Jayhawks left fielder hit at a torrid .630 clip as he collected 17 hits in 27 at-bats, 6 home runs, 13 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
