MSL Player of the Week, Rincón of Cincinnati Monday, July 3rd, 2023 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Midwest League, but last week Francisco Rincón of the Cincinnati Pride reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Rincón rocked opposing pitching for a .433 average (13-for-30), no home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this season Rincón is batting .378 with 3 home runs, 57 RBIs and 41 runs scored. He has 116 hits in 307 at-bats, 47 walks and a .461 OBP. Rincón has played in 81 games. |
