Star of the Week Named in MSL Monday, August 28th, 2023 There was no one hotter in the Midwest League last week as Pat Zimmerman attacked enemy pitching with a vengeance to collect the Player of the Week Award. The 22-year-old Manhatten right fielder batted .444 with 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. This season Zimmerman has hit 7 home runs and posted a .351 batting average. |
