ESL Names Best Player Monday, June 19th, 2023 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Butler left fielder José Rodríguez. He went on a rampage last week against ESL hurlers and rapped out 10 hits in 23 at-bats for a .435 average while hitting 3 home runs, driving in 5 runs and scoring 8 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the Eastern League Player of the Week trophy.
