Andrews of Gainesville Player of the Week Monday, July 3rd, 2023 So far in his young career, Victor Andrews has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Southern League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Gainesville Guidos catcher hit at a torrid .520 clip as he collected 13 hits in 25 at-bats, no home runs, 5 RBIs and 7 runs scored.
