Gainesville First Baseman Picked SNL Player of the Week Monday, June 12th, 2023 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Southern League, but last week Ed Hart of the Gainesville Guidos reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hart rocked opposing pitching for a .462 average (12-for-26), 2 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Hart currently has a .257 batting average with 44 hits, 3 homers, 24 RBIs, 19 runs scored and a .305 OBP. |
