All-Stars Lorenzo Guzmán Hurt Friday, July 7th, 2023 Earlier today, Walla Walla left fielder Lorenzo Guzmán had to leave the game against Las Vegas because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a broken bone in the elbow and will miss 4 months of play. Guzmán was hurt making a defensive play and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. Guzmán has a .380 average and a .459 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 35 hits, 8 home runs and driven in 22 runs. |
