Playoff Bound: Mexico City Secures Wild Card Thursday, September 14th, 2023 There's an excitement surrounding Mexico City baseball tonight, as the Cerveceros have qualified for the playoffs. "We're proud to be a part of a Mexico City Cerveceros franchise heading to the postseason and trying to bring a championship back to the city," said starting pitcher Thomas Hughes.
