Laming Wins SAA Player of the Week Prize Monday, September 8th, 2031 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Jayden Laming of the Lannister United Lionhearts reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Laming rocked opposing pitching for a .529 average (9-for-17), 4 home runs and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. This season Laming is swinging the bat at a .305 rate with 87 hits in 285 at-bats. To date he has hit 14 home runs, scored 49 runs and driven in 55. |
