Red-Hot Hernández Scorches Disaster Thursday, May 29th, 2031 Halberds center fielder Cisco Hernández had his way with Port Royal pitching today at Ballpark of Alloway and mauled them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Disaster ruined his great day by toppling the Halberds, 10-8. "I had a great day, but you've got to give Port Royal credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Hernández did today," Disaster skipper said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Cisco Hernández singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 10th and walked in the 12th.
