SL Honors Philadelphia 1776 First Baseman Monday, June 23rd, 2031 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the United States Silver League, but last week Chase Popoff of the Philadelphia 1776 BC reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Popoff rocked opposing pitching for a .375 average (9-for-24), 5 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. Popoff is hitting .271 in 2031 with 28 RBIs and 10 home runs. |
