Rehab Fails, Career Over For Nuggets Wilson
Sunday, December 21st, 2031
It looks like the end of Hunter Wilson's career. He got the sad news today from his doctors that this last setback was more damaging than first reported. The 35-year-old Rocky Mountain Nuggets reliever was making some progress in his recovery from shoulder inflammation, but then he reinjured it during a rehab workout. Wilson was told by his specialist that there was nothing more that could be done to save his career.

During his career Wilson has appeared in 182 games, logging 606.1 innings with 445 strikeouts. He has carved out a 3.34 ERA with 35 wins and 35 losses and posted 2 saves.
