New Amsterdam Ace Wins SL Outstanding Pitcher Award Sunday, November 9th, 2031 Walt Coffman was really special this season. You could feel the electricity in the air every time he took the mound for the New Amsterdam Dutchmen. Today he was honored by his selection as the 2031 United States Silver League Outstanding Pitcher Award recipient. He started 25 games, logging 198 innings, 19 wins, 2 losses, 197 strikeouts and a 2.05 ERA. Coffman gave up 150 hits, while walking 58 and holding opponents to a .209 average. An Jang-Yop of the Toledo Stingers finished second in voting, while Hermenegildo Beliago of the Toledo Stingers finished third. |
