Rivera and Hall Brawl, League Suspends Them
Sunday, September 21st, 2031
After an intense confrontation, both the BC Fernando Rivera and the Stingers Vincent Hall were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Philadelphia 1776-Toledo game. Both players will miss 5 games as a result of their actions.

"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Fernando Rivera commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."

Rivera is hitting .230 this year with 14 home runs and 34 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .304, 23 walks and scored 33 times.

In the current season in 19 starts, Vincent Hall has a record of 9-5 with 108 strikeouts in 115 innings and a 3.52 ERA.
