Soto on Fire, Strikes out 15 Hawks Sunday, August 3rd, 2031 César Soto of the Myrtle Beach Seahawks put on a pitching clinic today at Seahwaks Stadium as he struck out 15 Highwood Hawks in a 5-3 victory. Soto, who leads the 3A with a 11.4 K/9 rate, was simply magnificent as he held the Hawks to 4 hits. He walked 1. "I felt okay at the beginning," Soto said, "but eventually my fastball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game." When asked about Soto's performance, Seahawks manager Chris Brown shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating."
