Webb Wins 3A Player of the Week Prize Monday, August 18th, 2031 23-year-old Stephen Webb made a few Louisiana headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Single A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 6 hits in 11 at-bats to put up a .545 average. Webb collected 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. This season Webb is swinging the bat at a .298 pace.
