Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids designated hitter Scott Kerin was the difference-maker at The Strip today, winning player of the game honors as he led his club to victory in a pivotal Game of the Round 2032. The Rainbow Mermaids took the 13-3 win over the Las Vegas Flamingos to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

Kerin had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the third inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Rainbow Mermaids went on to win.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Kerin.
