The Niagara Falls Expos got a stellar performance from pitcher Song Tsang, who handcuffed the Highwood offense en route to a 5-1 win at Hawks Field. Tsang got the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed 6 hits and walked 2 over 8.1 innings. Tsang allowed 1 earned run. The save went to Don Cantrell, his 2nd this season.

Sergio Torres was a key contributor to the win for the Expos. In the top of the seventh with two out, the light-hitting second baseman stroked a single to center. He was 1 for 1 with a walk.

"I liked his command," said Niagara Falls manager Dave Ross. "Song was throwing strikes."

Niagara Falls has now won 6 straight.
