Farmers Get Past Billings for 8-7 Win
|
David Sánchez added some punch to the Lancaster offense, helping them outmuscle the Billings Polar Bears, 8-7. In the game, Sánchez went 1-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. The Polar Bears drop to 7-7 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2031 season.
The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Sánchez. Facing Orlando Uribe with the bases loaded, the Lancaster third baseman had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. Game over, walk-off style!
