Port Royal pitcher Miguel Hernández did his part in helping his team beat the Alloway Halberds, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Jon King earned the save for Port Royal, his 13th of the year. Port Royal now owns a record of 24-26.

José Vázquez hit a run-scoring double off Pedro Adame in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Disaster in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Vázquez had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
