The Alloway Halberds powered past the Royse City Targaryens, 15-3, at Royse City Stadium. José Zarate was 2 for 5 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 4, to lead the charge. The Halberds' win now puts them at 19-18.

Zarate had a key at-bat for Alloway early in the game. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a 2-run single. It was his 35th hit of the season and gave Alloway an early 2-0 lead.
