Golden Cranes Jolt Targaryens with Late Rally
The Santa Barbara Golden Cranes overcame a good performance by Royse City shortstop Ashley Thachi to knock off Royse City, 7-6, at Crane Field. Thachi went 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs. Santa Barbara is now 16-15, while Royse City is 14-17.

James Pike was the walk-off hero for Santa Barbara. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Golden Cranes center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I hate to be the fly in the ointment," said Pike, "but we could've played better."
