The Alloway Halberds defeated the Scranton Supernovas, 4-2, in USSL Triple A action at Nuclear Stadium, with Alloway pitcher Juan 聲gel named player of the game. Alloway, now 12-8, has gotten their season off to a good start.

Jordan Hollins, who is tied for 3rd in the SAAA in triples with 2, aided the Alloway cause with a run-scoring triple in the top of the second. For the game, the third baseman went 2-4 with a triple.
