3AA Star of the Week Honored Monday, September 9th, 2030 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Double A, but last week Danny Trautmann of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Trautmann rocked opposing pitching for a .611 average (11-for-18), 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Thus far this year Trautmann is hitting .321 with 9 home runs, 49 RBIs and 36 runs scored. |
