Nationals Stanwick Gone for Year Monday, September 16th, 2030 The season is finished for Shackleford Stanwick of the Ottawa Nationals. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Nationals reliever suffered a torn back muscle while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Glendale Herons. Team doctors said it would take at least 5-6 months to heal. So far this year Stanwick has nailed down no saves. His won-lost record is 0-0 with a 1.42 ERA. |
