Pagnamenta Nabs SAAA Weekly Award Monday, August 19th, 2030 26-year-old Sisto Pagnamenta made a few Port Royal headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and USSL Triple A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 10 hits in 17 at-bats to put up a .588 average. Pagnamenta collected 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and scored 6 runs. This season Pagnamenta is swinging the bat at a .301 rate with 90 hits in 299 at-bats. To date he has hit 7 home runs, scored 64 runs and driven in 41. |
