Thompson and Lannan Brawl, League Suspends Them Wednesday, May 29th, 2030 After an intense confrontation, both the Coyotes Markus Thompson and the Golden Cranes Rocky Lannan were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Hamilton-Santa Barbara game. Both players will miss 10 games as a result of their actions. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Markus Thompson commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."
