Gold Ball Winner Announced Saturday, November 2nd, 2030 The Boston Patriots have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Jesús Franco, this year's United States Premier League Gold Ball selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Franco compiled a 12-5 record in 24 starts, tallied 158 strikeouts in 192.2 innings and recorded a 2.24 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .220 batting average against him. Pedro Alejándrez of the Panama City Piranhas finished second in voting, while Wes Hamm of the Phoenix Hotspur finished third. |
