Pivotal Game Goes to Host Express, 8-7
|
Wizarding right fielder Salvador Trevino was the key at Platform 9 3/4 today, being named player of the game as he powered the Express to victory in a critical Game of the Round 2031. The Express took the 8-7 win over the Ft. Worth Cattlemen to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.
Trevino had a clutch at-bat in the bottom of the third for the Express. Coming up with runners on 1st and 2nd and Wizarding trailing 1-0, he hit a 3-run home run.
"I felt good up there," said Trevino. "I saw the ball well."
