With right fielder Alfredo García leading the charge, the Bakersfield Nobles got a road win over the Royse City Targaryens, 7-5, in Game 4 of the PL AAA Championship today. García was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs at Royse City Stadium to help Bakersfield force a 2-2 tie in the best-of-5 series.

It could have been a different outcome for Bakersfield, had it not been for Cole Shaffer, the 33-year old first baseman . Shaffer contributed a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put Bakersfield up, 6-5.

In postgame remarks, García said: "To all who've been doubting my effort -- I hope they saw this game."

The next game is set to be played Friday, September 27th, 2030 in Bakersfield. The scheduled starters for the game are Alec Pittman for Royse City and Jaganmani Vivek for Bakersfield.
