The Boston Patriots defeated the Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 6-4. Earning player of the game honors was right fielder Alberto Enríquez, who was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The win was credited to Ricardo Gómez in relief. "We put it together today and came out with the win," Marín said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
