Starting pitcher Pu-feng Zhou pitched well enough to help the Mancelona Torch beat the York Revolution by the score of 6-4. Mancelona, at 21-17, occupies third place in the Menard's A.
The Torch got a big at-bat from third baseman Vilhelm Loyen. For the game, Loyen went 1 for 4 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Mancelona a 3-2 lead.
