Morín Delivers Walk-Off Win for Continentals
The Chesapeake Continentals turned back the Richland Rails, 8-7, at Chesapeake Grounds. Micheal Lovell was named player of the game for his fine performance. He went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Chesapeake currently is in third place in the Premier AA at 21-18.

The Continentals got a big at-bat from catcher Alfonso Morín. For the game, Morín was 3 for 6 with 3 singles. In the bottom of the 11th, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 23rd hit of the season gave Chesapeake a 8-7 lead.
