Northern Virginia left fielder Scott Kerin had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 10-3 win over the Chicago Gold Sox. Javier Desdin was the winner. Over 7 innings, he allowed 2 runs on 5 hits, with no walks and 6 strikeouts. Northern Virginia is now 38-31, Chicago 29-40.
