Lake Monsters Turn Back Bloomington, 6-4
|
The Vermont Lake Monsters topped the Bloomington Longnecks by the score of 6-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to third baseman Adrián Palma. Palma went 2-3 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 runs for the Lake Monsters on the day. Manuel Montés got credit for the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed 1 run on no hits in 3.2 innings. Javier López earned the save for Vermont, his 2nd.
