Alloway used a superb performance from starting pitcher Ángel Rosas to down the Houston BC, 6-1. The Halberds' win now puts them at 18-13.
Alloway took control in the top of the seventh. With no one out and a runner on 1st, Manny Gonzáles hit a run-scoring double to make it 2-1, Halberds.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Alloway manager Santiago Vargas.
