USSL Double A Premier Pitcher is Burgos Monday, October 1st, 2029 In September, Francisco Burgos tore through the USSL Double A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 23 years old. The young Durham starter posted a 3-0 mark and an ERA of 1.93 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 23.1 innings he collected 20 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .193 average. |
