Late Rally by Black Cats Secures Win
Jeff Greer pitched a gem to lead Gwinnett County to a 2-1 victory over the Phoenix Hotspur U-21. Gwinnett County currently is in 6th place in the Premier A at 20-22.

The Black Cats were down to their final out when center fielder Sidney Mackell turned a 0-1 fastball from Jason MacDonald into a 2-run double. The walk-off double made the Pipers Ballpark crowd go wild.

"Some of the guys in here work pretty hard, some of the guys just kind of fall out of bed and get it done. Whatever works I guess, we won this one," Greer told the Gwinnett County Herald.
