Wild Card Clinched by Marquette Monday, September 18th, 2028 The Marquette Miners have thrilled their fan base by securing a late-season wild card berth. The team's playoff future was certainly not a foregone conclusion, as the Miners battled to find a place in the postseason. "We never lost faith, I think that's key," said starting pitcher Enrique Castro. "Even when things got rough, people in our clubhouse believed we were going to win." With their record sitting at 66-36, the Miners will try to build on their success to win the 4th M3L Double A championship in team history. |
