Season Possibly Over for Powell Horne Wednesday, August 2nd, 2028 When Powell Horne was hurt against the Sunset District Fog, the Salt Lake City Buzz were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe that first thought. The 30-year-old reliever suffered bone chips in his elbow throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Horne would miss 5 months of the season. For the year Horne has collected no saves in 25 relief appearances. He has also notched 22 strikeouts and 25 walks in 40 innings while registering a 1.80 ERA and a 2-0 won-lost record. |
