Super Week for South Beach's Zambrano! Monday, September 4th, 2028 It was announced today by the USPL Single A that South Beach catcher Sepulveda Zambrano had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .333 batting average, 9 hits and 2 home runs. Zambrano also racked up 8 RBIs and scored 3 runs. This year Zambrano is hitting .303 with 8 home runs and 44 RBIs in 81 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .341 with 20 walks and 32 runs scored. |
